Consultation Appointment

Every client must be seen In Person to check if they are suitable for the treatment and to discuss client's expectations and answer any questions they may have about the treatment. This usually takes 15-30 minutes. I shall complete a client consultation form, and this will be signed by the client and stored as according to the GDPR legislation.
For the treatment to proceed a £80 deposit will be taken at the Consultation Stage and your appointment will be booked.

Who can attend the appointment?

You may bring another person to the consultation appointment; however, the clinic room is a small sterile space, and the procedure can last more than 2 hours so it is advisable not to bring anyone to the treatment appointment, this is so that the treatment is done with no distractions or interruptions.

Refunds

Of course, life can throw all sorts of unexpected surprises on everyone, so your appointment can be rebooked 1 time only, after this you will lose your deposit.
*If you cancel 48 hours before your treatment you will lose your deposit and may also be charged for the full treatment.
Louise Anderson Cosmetic Tattooist does not refund any services. Once you have paid a booking fee in full, you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service is deemed to have begun and for all intents and purposes underway.
